V úvode som spomenul, že oproti remaku trojky prináša tento remake nejaké to prekvapenie. Prvým je hlavná hrdinka vzhľadom na názov. Druhým to, že v porovnaní s trojkou to nie je tak dobrá hra. Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World rozhodne nie je zlá hra, je to dobrá hra, ibaže nie až taká, ako by ste možno chceli. Hlavne tými jednotvárnymi chodbami, ktorými budete chodiť, si vás nezíska.
